UK Citizens with Temporary Certificate
Citizens with a temporary residence certificate (temporary CRUE) and beneficiaries of the Withdrawal Agreement can apply for permanent residence through the Brexit form. The requirements are legal and continuous residence and regular and stable resources.
Family Members of UK Citizens
